Service Information

TradeStrong provides licensed HVAC and plumbing services across Moore, Norman, Oklahoma City, Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, and Choctaw, generally within a roughly 40-mile service area around Moore. Exact availability depends on the address, service requested, and current scheduling capacity.

Diagnostic Fee and Repair Credit

The $44 diagnostic fee covers the service visit and diagnosis. If you approve a qualifying repair within seven days, the $44 is credited toward that repair. The fee remains due if no repair is approved.

TradeStrong provides the repair price for approval before repair work begins. The credit applies once per qualifying repair and has no cash value.

Warranty

Residential work includes a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. TradeStrong registers eligible equipment for the maximum available manufacturer warranty. Commercial warranties vary by project and are confirmed in the written proposal.

Manufacturer coverage is separate from TradeStrong's warranty and is subject to the manufacturer's registration, equipment, application, maintenance, and ownership requirements. The applicable written proposal and warranty documents control if their terms differ from a general website description.

Emergency and Same-Day Service

24/7 emergency HVAC and plumbing service is available. Emergency and after-hours fees may apply, and response time depends on call time, location, technician capacity, and required equipment.

Same-day service may be available but is not guaranteed. Calling or submitting a request does not confirm an arrival time until a TradeStrong team member confirms the appointment.

Peace of Mind Plan

The plan includes two seasonal HVAC tune-ups each year, priority service, standard 1-inch replacement filters, and a 7% discount on eligible repairs and installations.

Base plan pricing covers one HVAC system with standard 1-inch filters. Larger filters, additional HVAC systems, and eligible water-heater flushes may be added for an additional charge.

A water-heater flush may be added when the tank is less than three years old or has documented prior maintenance. TradeStrong inspects the tank before flushing and may recommend inspection only when flushing could create unnecessary risk.

The 7% discount applies only to eligible repairs and installations. It does not apply to diagnostic fees, maintenance-plan charges, maintenance visits, filters or plan add-ons, or non-repair and non-installation charges. The written estimate identifies discount eligibility before work is approved.

There are no cancellation fees for the Peace of Mind Plan.

Equipment Life and Maintenance

Tank water heaters commonly last 8–15 years, but poor water quality, excessive pressure, installation problems, and other harsh conditions can cause failure in as little as two years. Maintenance can reduce risk and improve awareness, but it cannot guarantee that equipment will not fail.

Website Privacy

Essential website features work without optional analytics. TradeStrong asks for permission before enabling Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Vercel Analytics, or Vercel Speed Insights. If allowed, those services may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, performance, and interaction information according to their own terms and privacy practices. TradeStrong uses analytics to understand website performance and improve service, and does not sell customer information.

Information submitted through quote, booking, phone, email, or website chat tools is used to respond to the request, provide service, maintain business records, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. Online booking, AI chat, and some message delivery are handled by service providers, including Housecall Pro, OpenAI, and configured email providers, under their own privacy and security practices. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your service request. TradeStrong uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
